What type of products does your company manufacture?
We can produce any cosmetic and toiletry product from skin care, haircare, body care, fragrances, colour cosmetics (nail varnish, eyeshadows, lipsticks, foundations, concealers etc) powders, hot fills, facial care, bath products, tissue oils, kids' products and many more.
What is the Minimum order quantity (MOQ) per product?
We develop the product to our clients specification and target prices, so depending on the brief we receive will depend on the MOQ. If we must buy a specific raw material that we do not stock, then the MOQ will be based on the specifically purchased raw materials. To give you an idea of MOQ's, body products quantity would have to be over 150 kg and for colour cosmetics 1000 units per colour shade.
I am wanting to start a colour cosmetic brand how can I go about this?
We can develop products for you, however this would need to go through a Research and Development process per product. Each product base that is developed (e.g. Foundation) is charged for ranging from R2000 - R5000 as a once off fee and then per colour match of R850. Please ask us for our 'Research and Development procedure' which we can send you for more details.
The colour market is however a very tricky market as you do not want to overstock on colours as colour is based on fashion and season. The best advice we can offer though in this case, especially when starting up in colour, is to visit our factory shop in 16 Bundo Rd, Sebenza Edenvale. At the factory shop we sell unbranded products that clients can easily label with their own brand.
We have over 50 different colours of nail enamels and lipsticks, including matt lipsticks. As well as press powders, eyeshadows, blushers, foundation sticks etc. They are all packaged in black and silver packaging and we can direct you to label suppliers who will print labels for you, and you can label your products as you buy stock. There is no MOQ in the shop and you can even buy 1 unit. So, its a great way to test your market and start creating a clientele base before you have a large capital layout and stock holding of colours.
Do you only stock colour cosmetics in the shop?
No, we stock a wide range of products including fragrances, vitamin E creams, bubble bath, Tissue oils, glycerine, camphor cream, shampoos and many others! Come have a look at our shop in 16 Bundo Rd, Sebenza, Edenvale to see our full range.
Can we bring you a formulation that you manufacture for us?
Yes, however it will still have to go through a Research and Development procedure to test that the formula works. The price and MOQ would then be based on raw materials that we need to buy.
Can you supply me with packaging?
We carry some stock items of some packaging. If you require specific packaging, we can import anything you may need as we have international offices but MOQ's from overseas are not below 10000 units. However there is more variety and unique packaging available overseas. If you are interested in packaging please let us know your requirements and quantities and we will see how we can assist.
Can you supply me with Fragrance oils?
Yes, we are the proud agents for Jean Niel and we supply fragrance oil.
