This facility specializes in the development and manufacture of general personal care cosmetics (lotions' creams, cosmeceuticals, roll-ons' washes etc.) and colour cosmetics (foundations' pressed powders, eyeshadows etc) and is based in Sebenzaz Edenvale with a fully equipped factory/manufacturing plant and R&D Laboratory for the development of “state-of-the-art” cosmetic products.
FACILITIES
This facility includes machinery such as our semi-automatic oil filling line, semi automatic tube filling and sealing machinery, batch coding, labelling, powder pressing, powder milling, colloidal mills, state of the art lipstick moulding machines, shrink tunnel etc. Our facility follows Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) processes and the requirements needed for SABS e-mark products.
